Liability for content
The content of our web pages was compiled with the utmost diligence. However, we cannot accept any liability for the correctness, completeness and currentness of the content. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages pursuant to § 7 Para 1 German Broadcast Media Act (TMG), however we are not obliged, according to §§ 8 to 10 German Broadcast Media Act, to check external information possibly saved or transferred without solicitation. Obligations to remove or block the use of information shall remain unaffected by this. Any liability in this respect is only possible, however, from the time at which a concrete violation is discovered. We will then remove this content immediately.
Liability for inks
Our website also contains links to external websites of third parties, for which we are not responsible regarding content. We cannot therefore assume liability for this third-party content. The respective operator of the third-party website is responsible for the contents of those pages linked on our website.
At the time of embedding the link, these web pages were checked for possible legal violations; we could not identify any illegal content at this time. However, a permanent checking of the content of these linked sites without concrete evidence for a legal violation is not reasonable. If violations are identified, the offending links will be removed immediately.
The contents and works compiled by the site operator on these web pages is subject to copyright under German Law. Any copying, processing, distribution and any form of exploitation outside the boundaries of the German Copyright Act (Urheberrecht) requires the written approval of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Wherever the contents of this site were not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties must be observed. Content belonging to third parties shall be highlighted as such in particular. Despite all due diligence, copyright violations cannot in general be excluded. In this respect, we ask that you provide corresponding references so that offending links can be removed immediately upon identification of legal violations.
The use of our website is generally possible without the input of personal data. The collection of personal data on our site (e.g. name, address or email address) is always voluntary as far as possible. This data shall not be passed on to third parties without your express permission.
We would like to point out that the transfer of data on the internet (e.g. when communicating via e-mail) can involve security risks. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
The use of the contact data published as part of the legal notice obligation by third parties to send promotional and informational materials which have not been expressly requested is hereby expressly rejected. The operators of the site expressly reserve the right to take legal measures in the event of unsolicited sending of promotional materials, such as spam e-mails.
Use of personal data
The use of our website is in principle possible without entering personal data. Wherever individual functions and services provided by our web pages require the collection, storage and use of personal data, this shall be explicitly indicated to you in advance and information shall be provided. This applies in particular for online registrations/applications to participate or cooperate as well as the compiling and storing of your personal programme.
Registration may be necessary for this purpose.
All data collected in the course of this process shall be used and stored electronically by use purely for the purposes of processing your application, registration or accreditation. Personal data shall only be collected to the extent technically required. These data shall be forwarded to the German Protestant Kirchentag (DEKT) for approval. These data shall not be forwarded to third parties without your express consent.
Following the dissolving of the Reformationsjubiläum 2017 e.V. association, data management shall be performed by the Evangelical Church in Germany (EKD) and the DEKT. You may withdraw your consent for this at any time by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.

We have integrated plug-ins from the social network Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA) into our website. These Facebook plug-ins can be spotted on our web pages from the Facebook logo or the "Like Button". An overview of the Facebook plug-ins can be found here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
If you do not want Facebook to be able to allocate your visit to our website to your Facebook account, please log out of your Facebook account before visiting us.
With the help of the Google +1 button, you can publish information globally. Using the Google +1 button, you and other users can get personalised content from Google and our partners. Google registers that you have logged a +1 for a piece of content, and also saves information on the page you saw when clicking on +1.
Your +1, together with your profile name and your Google account photo, may be displayed as a link, for example in search results, on your Google profile, or at other locations on websites and internet advertisements.
Google logs information about your +1 activities in order to improve its services for you and others. In order to be able to use the Google +1 button, you will require a globally visible, public Google profile that must contain at least the name selected for the profile. This name is used for all Google services. In some cases, this name may also replace another name that you have used when sharing content via your Google account. The identity of your Google profile may be shown to users who know your e-mail address or who hold other identifying information about you.
We have incorporated functions of the Twitter website into our website. These functions are offered by Twitter Inc., Twitter, Inc. 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. By using Twitter and the "Retweet" function, the websites you visit will be associated with your Twitter account and made known to other users. Doing so will also transfer data to Twitter.
Your data security settings for Twitter can be modified in account settings at twitter.com/account/settings.
Disclosure, deletion, blocking

If you have questions regarding this or other questions regarding personal data, you can contact us at any time.
In order to protect these data, we shall undertake to observe the legal provisions for data protection applicable in each case when collecting, processing and using personal data, in particular the Church Law on the Data Protection of the Evangelical Church in Germany (DSG-EKD), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Broadcast Media Act (TMG).
You can withdraw your consent regarding the storage and use of your personal data by "Reformationsjubiläum 2017 e.V., Neustraße 10b, 06886 Lutherstadt Wittenberg" at any time.
